Online conversation: How do we involve young people in sustainable fashion? | Fibershed

Pass it on! The attention to sustainable fashion is growing, and young people are also increasingly involved. But what is actually meant by ‘sustainable’? How do we guide future generations in making sustainable clothing choices? What do we say about the role they can play in a local textile economy today and in the future?

On Wednesday, April 5, 2023, 12-1 pm, Fibershed is organizing a first online meeting to exchange thoughts on this topic based on the following questions:

• How can we prepare the next generation for their future in a local textile economy? Which methods work, which don’t?
• What role can Fibershed Netherlands play in the education of young people, and in support of your own programs? Can we jointly develop materials? Which partners would we like to involve?
