The client

Jlabel

Taking Justice tells the story of Janneke Honings and Judith van der Wolde, founders of the sustainable clothing brand Jlabel, which is characterized by feminine designs and rich colors and prints. Together they fight for more justice in the clothing industry; fashion should go hand in hand with sustainability and fair production.

Our work

Taking Justice

For our client Jlabel, we crafted, produced, and launched a compelling PR campaign centered around the documentary **Taking Justice**. The documentary premiered to great acclaim and even made its way to Dutch television. At the premiere, visitors were not only captivated by the film but also had the opportunity to explore an exhibition of the campaign’s photographs.

We amplified the message through an influencer campaign featuring well-known advocates like Jennifer Hofmann, Hanna Verboom, and Anna Gimbrère, who also appeared in the documentary.

Every guest left with a sustainability guide, created in partnership with organizations like the Clean Clothes Campaign, the Fair Wear Foundation and Fashion for Good and a repair kit, developed in collaboration with The Steek, empowering them to contribute to a more sustainable fashion future.

The impact

Campaign Results

Through this campaign, we reached over a million people across radio, TV, magazines, newspapers, and celebrity platforms. Fashion journalist Fiona Hering highlighted the documentary on a Dutch TV show, emphasizing the critical role of frontrunners in driving change.

We also had the opportunity to speak on the radio, where we shared Jlabel's mission and vision. Our message was clear and powerful: frontrunners in fashion are vital to accelerating transformation in the industry, proving that meaningful change is not only necessary but entirely possible.
